Hello, I’m Ash, founder of Hibberd’s Catering.

After more than 25 years working in the hospitality industry, I established Hibberd’s Catering in 2020 with one simple goal: to create exceptional food using the finest produce East Anglia has to offer, paired with the kind of personal service every client deserves.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work in a wide variety of kitchens, from Michelin-starred restaurants to international hotels, where I had the opportunity to perform live show cooking for guests from around the world. Those experiences taught me the importance of precision, creativity and consistency—values that remain at the heart of Hibberd’s Catering today.

Working from our purpose-built professional kitchen in Little Cornard, we cater for weddings, private dining, corporate events and celebrations of every size across Suffolk, Essex and the surrounding counties.

What matters most to me is that every client receives the same level of care and attention, whether I’m preparing an intimate dinner for eight guests or catering a wedding for hundreds. Every menu is thoughtfully designed, every dish is freshly prepared, and every event is treated as if it were our own.

Food has an incredible way of bringing people together, and it’s a privilege to play a small part in so many special occasions. I never take that responsibility for granted.
